School's Out Sunday On Sunday June 23rd, gather for worship as we celebrate another year of Christian Education in our community. Our worship, still at 11 a.m., will be inclusive of all ages, and we will continue our time of celebration with a shared feast. Plan to be part of this significant gathering. ------------------------- Sunday Worship Our Summer worship time moves to 10 a.m. starting on Sunday, July 7th and going through up to and including Sunday September 1st. ------------------------- Look up, way up! On the south side of our church roof, Down to Earth Solar has installed a shiny and lively Solar Array, now generating electricity flowing into the local neighbourhood grid (see picture here). Visit their website for more information about how you can do the same. ------------------------- Community Yard Sale Come to the corner of Woodbine and Sammon on Saturday, June 22nd from 9am - 1pm for a grand community Yard Sale. There will be plants and refreshments and bargains in all manner of shape, size and style. See you here! ------------------------- Community Dinner Our once-a-month evening meals on the THIRD THURSDAY of the month filled the neighbourhood with savoury aroma, flavour and relationships. Join us on Thursday June 20th for our next feast of the season. Doors open at 5:55, the meal begins at 6:00 p.m. Gather with neighbours for a time of hearty, healthy food and interaction. |
