Pre-Schoolers' Drop-in The Play Group drops in on Fridays now, still in the morning from 9 - 11. Caregivers and their pre-schoolers are welcome to come for a time of free play and interaction.  Riding toys abound, snacks and beverages find their way here most weeks, and there is always good company.

Call for Artists The 5th annual Woodbine Heights ArtsFest takes place May 3, 4, 5, which includes a visual arts exhibition.  This is a call to local artists to include your own visual art on that weekend.  Please send a description (mode, size, shape, display preference) and a picture of the piece to woodbineheights@gmail.com for consideration for the show.

East York Death Cafe  What is the great equalizer, in terms of human exixtence?  The one thing that we all share, whatever our identity or status?  Death is the answer, and the topic of our first 'Death Cafe' taking place on Thursday March 21 from 7 - 830pm.  Gather with friends, neighbours and strangers to talk together about this unavoidable and important topic.  There will be tea and cake.  Visit Death Cafe for further reading on this topic and movement. woodbineheights@gmail.com for queries.
